helpful staff clean pools
The staff was helpful. They were pretty good too ensure i had everything i needed. I especially enjoyed the pools, and i found them to be very well kept and clean!
The gym equipment was somewhat outdated. Some machines needed maintenance. I wish there were more modern options available for a comprehensive workout.

The breakfast buffet featured fresh fruit and fruit salad, alongside a variety of fresh juices, that was really good. There were many hot dishes as well as eggs cooked in different ways. It was a good experience.

The hotel provided access to multiple pools. It even had a swim-up bar, WHICH i appreciated. The pretty beachfront location offered many relaxation opportunities.

The staff welcomed me with a refreshing drink and offered a comprehensive explanation of all amenities. Their friendly attitude and attentiveness. They were always available and eager to assist.

fabulous pools clean sunbeds amazing food
i really liked the two fabulous pools the hotel has they were very clean with plenty of sunbeds i also enjoyed the breakfast the selection of food was amazing and i was very happy with the friendly and helpful staff they really made my stay special

I appreciated the prime location. It provided easy access to both the main street and the beach. The hotel boasts two pools, offering refreshing alternatives for relaxation. The staff were friendly and provided prompt service. Our room was spacious and included a very comfortable large bed.

rusted air vents poorly sealed doors
the location was quite convenient , near the beach and the main street.
the room showed its age , sadly. i noticed rusted air vents and poorly sealed doors. it all felt quite "used" , especially considering the price. additionally , there weren't many planned activities , a bit disappointing for a resort , but the nightly fire show was nice to see.

excellent beachfront stay
tropical garden comfortable bed limestone cliff
Our beautiful garden room included views of tropical gardens and two water monitor lizards. I found it amazing. the room provided a spacious layout with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a pleasant balcony seating area. the expansive hotel featured two fantastic swimming pools. One had magnificent views of the limestone cliffs. staff were friendly. I especially appreciated the egg station.
The hotel air conditioning had only two speeds. Medium and hard. the slow speed made so much noise i could not sleep. it sounded like a metal grinder devouring a gas tank.

The breakfast area included a diverse selection of options, with a wide variety of both asian and western foods offered. i observed that the coffee machine was modern and easy to use. The area was kept clean by staff. the availability of fresh fruit was a plus.

dated rooms sewage smell
The hotel has a fantastic location, right on the beach.
The rooms are very dated and need significant updates. The bed was hard. The linen had noticeable stains and holes. The bathroom had a persistent sewage smell (i found that really unpleasant).
