The staff was helpful. They were pretty good too ensure i had everything i needed. I especially enjoyed the pools, and i found them to be very well kept and clean!

The gym equipment was somewhat outdated. Some machines needed maintenance. I wish there were more modern options available for a comprehensive workout.

the location was quite convenient , near the beach and the main street.

the room showed its age , sadly. i noticed rusted air vents and poorly sealed doors. it all felt quite "used" , especially considering the price. additionally , there weren't many planned activities , a bit disappointing for a resort , but the nightly fire show was nice to see.

Our beautiful garden room included views of tropical gardens and two water monitor lizards. I found it amazing. the room provided a spacious layout with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a pleasant balcony seating area. the expansive hotel featured two fantastic swimming pools. One had magnificent views of the limestone cliffs. staff were friendly. I especially appreciated the egg station.

The hotel air conditioning had only two speeds. Medium and hard. the slow speed made so much noise i could not sleep. it sounded like a metal grinder devouring a gas tank.

The rooms are very dated and need significant updates. The bed was hard. The linen had noticeable stains and holes. The bathroom had a persistent sewage smell (i found that really unpleasant).
